The present publication is entitled Traditional weapons of Borneo. Volume I discusses the shields and war clothes of the Bornean head-hunters. The following volumes concern spears, blowpipes, swords and knives respectively. In addition to their practical use, all these objects can be considered as works of art, just like the surrounding nature with an endless variety and richness of form.
